Girls Day Out!

My mom and sister Katrina and her husband, Robbie
finally arrived here late Wednesday night,
after a 3 day drive from Dallas, Texas.
YAY!!!

The following day we had a little Girls Day Out!

Our first stop was just around the corner to treat ourselves
to manicures and pedicures!



It was the first time either Trisha and I had gone somewhere to get them done.
[I had someone give me one a long time ago, but it wasn't like this!]



We sat back in the massaging chairs and let our feet soak for a bit
before the ladies got to work on our feet! It felt very nice and relaxing.

Our mom recently had her nails done, so she just had them fix
a couple nails that were broken. And added a couple little flower designs.

All this pampering made us feel really hungry, so we went out to lunch.



We ended up going to Hometown Buffet.
Taco salads, rolls, veggies, pizza, chocolate milk, chicken,
Icees and more! YUM!



Katrina thought it was nom-noms...
even though there were no desserts that she could eat! :(

This time I placed my camera on top of one of the cups...much better!


I don't think we've ever really had a girls day out before...
[at least not with all four of us]
so hopefully this is the beginning of a new tradition!
